Poland – I love a girl since five years , today I found that she was cheated me with my best friend , she doesn’t know that I know about the cheat , I don’t know what I will do , I’m very disappointed and sad , I try to break up with her , but the fact that I love her prevent me from doing that , I want this love to still alive but my dignity heart me , what I can do ? ,,, please help me .

I was cheated by a girl i love her more than 12years. suddenly she refused me because of better chance. Yes she got another guy who is working in her company. Now iam useless boy i even not able to face other i got fear of seeing any thing. My life is wasted. i feel you should listen to what your heart says, i know this is a very tough situation, but you have to be strong and know the reason behind her being unfaithful ... you must really love her, but now is the time, when you gotta be sure of your decision, dont do something -you would regret later...speak it out!!

well I really think that you should confront her and talk to her. If you really love her and really want to be with her tell her how you feel about your relationship with her. Don't get to angry and try to listen to her side although this is very painful for you try to be understanding and see it her way. If she's not willing to stay with you and wants nothing to do with you or wants to be "Just Friends" forget her and find somebody who is worth your love.
