hi all, I have a secret that make me very sad and I don’t know how to solve this problem I face , my main problem with my body ..I have big belly and I don’t know how can I remove it . I try running ,walking sport, stop eat ..and all my tries fail, so how can I get rid of the problem ?

    Not eating is only going to make your problem worse. When you starve yourself you body goes crazy and will store all the fat it can get. You'd be better off eating small meals more frequently throughout your day. And focus on belly tightening exercises. Eat a lot of lean proteins and vegetables but make sure your getting in all the food groups. Look online and you can find how many servings of each you should have a day. Combining a healthy diet with the right exercises is the only way you'll get rid of that belly. If you can, talk to your doctor or a nutritionist who can help you develop a proper diet plan that's designed specifically for your body.
